No recopilamos número de seguro social, datos bancarios, tarjetas, datos biométricos, ni tu ubicación exacta. No usamos publicidad ni rastreadores.
Para conseguir tu visa, la ley nos obliga a compartir información con el gobierno de Estados Unidos:
Lo que el rancho NO puede ver: los reportes que envías por la línea de ayuda confidencial. Solo los administradores de H2A Link los ven. Están guardados aparte, precisamente por eso.
Nunca vendemos tu información. Nunca la usamos para publicidad.
La ley federal nos obliga a guardar los registros del programa H-2A durante 3 años. Después de ese plazo borramos tu número de pasaporte y tus registros de actividad. Tu perfil se mantiene mientras quieras seguir en la lista para futuras temporadas — puedes pedir que lo borremos cuando quieras.

Ejercer estos derechos nunca afectará tu trabajo, tu pago, ni si te ofrecemos trabajo en el futuro. Tomar represalias contra un trabajador por defender sus derechos está prohibido por la ley y por nuestra política.
Si alguna vez alguien accede a tu información sin autorización, te avisaremos lo antes posible y dentro de los plazos que exige la ley, en español, explicando qué pasó y qué debes hacer.
Usamos una sola cookie (h2a_sess) para mantener tu sesión
abierta. No es para publicidad. La app guarda en tu propio teléfono tu idioma
preferido y los escaneos hechos sin señal, para que no se pierdan.
Si crees que manejamos mal tu información, escríbenos primero. También puedes reportar de forma anónima por la línea de ayuda de la app, o llamar al Departamento del Trabajo de EE.UU. al 1-866-487-9243.

How we collect, use, protect, and delete personal information — for workers, employers, and visitors.
Our three commitments:
H2A Link is operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], [STATE], USA. We provide H-2A filing, recruiting coordination, transportation, and compliance services to U.S. agricultural employers and the workers they hire.

Workers (H-2A workers and applicants), employer contacts (ranchers and farm staff), and website visitors.
Name and nationality; passport number; phone; visa status and I-94 expiry; contract assignment, role and dates; work-activity records (bus boarding, field check-in/out, meals, housing entry); performance rating; and any report submitted through the confidential help line.
Business name and state, contact name, phone and email, housing details (address, capacity, inspection dates), vehicle details, contract terms and wage rates, and filing records.
Whatever you enter in the quote wizard or a contact form, plus standard server logs (IP address, time, page) kept for security and troubleshooting.
No Social Security numbers, bank or card details, biometrics, precise location, or health data. No advertising trackers and no third-party analytics. One third-party request: our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address on page load — we plan to self-host these.
To prepare and file government forms (ETA-790A, ETA-9142A, I-129); coordinate consular appointments and travel; run the season (crews, hours, transport, housing, meals); meet legal obligations (wage records, the three-quarters guarantee, reimbursements, housing standards, record retention); keep people safe; investigate help-line reports; and communicate with you.
We do not sell personal information.

We may also disclose where required by law or to protect someone's safety. Our systems are hosted in the United States.
Employers do not receive confidential help-line reports. Those are visible only to H2A Link administrators and are stored separately from shared activity records.
Passport numbers, worker phone numbers, and help-line reports are encrypted (AES-256-GCM) in the database and in every backup. The site runs entirely over HTTPS. Access is role-based — employers see only their ranch, workers only themselves. Passwords are scrypt-hashed and unreadable, including by us. Backups are encrypted and access-restricted. An independent security audit was completed in August 2026 and its findings remediated.
No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects you, we will notify you as described below.

You may request a copy of your information, correct it, ask us to delete what we aren't legally required to keep, withdraw from the rehire pool, or complain. Email triggs@nscshirts.com; we respond within [30] days at no charge. We may need to verify your identity. Depending on your state, additional statutory rights may apply.
Exercising these rights will never affect a worker's job, pay, or future work offers.
If we discover a breach affecting your information, we will investigate, contain it, and notify you and the appropriate authorities without unreasonable delay and within the timeframes state law requires, describing what happened, what was involved, and what you can do.
This service is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
One essential cookie (h2a_sess) keeps you signed in. It is not used
for advertising or cross-site tracking. The worker app stores your language
preference and offline badge scans on your own device.
Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date and, for workers, announced in the app. To complain, contact us first; you may also contact your state Attorney General or the U.S. Department of Labor Wage and Hour Division at 1-866-487-9243.
